A lot about sticking with any fitness program, or healthy living program, is all about making new habits of living. You can’t create a new habit instantly, as studies indicate that it usually takes about three weeks. Keep this in mind, as it means you only have to commit yourself to three weeks of regular exercise. You could round it up to a month! Try to establish a daily routine that includes your physical activity or fitness program. If you can simply put it into your daily schedule for a month, you’ll find that it quickly becomes a habit.
