Who wouldn’t want to build abs fast? Seriously. I don’t think I’ve ever met a person who desired to take things slow as far as getting no nonsense six pack abdominal muscles go.

We all want to see results FAST, and that’s a given. I’ll tell you right now, there are no magical formulas for it, but achieving ripped abs fast IS possible. All you need to remember are these 3 simple facts:

1. Burn Fat Fast with a Fast Metabolism.

Work your body hard to boost your metabolic rate. A fast metabolism can provide the extra momentum your body needs to burn more fat. The first thing you need to do to increase your metabolism is to improve on your poor diet.

To build abs fast, you must maintain a low-fat diet. It would be much easier for your metabolism to kick into high gear if you cut down on starchy foods and unhealthy fats in your daily meal plans.

Stay away from foods that are high in simple sugars and starches such as white bread, white rice, pastries, candy bars, and soda. Reading and understanding the labels of the food you buy at the supermarket can be very beneficial. Even the slightest improvement in your diet can help you a great deal.

2. Burn Fat Fast with Body Heat.

Maintaining a moderately high body temperature during your workout is ideal. Your body stores fat for many reasons, particularly for the insulation of heat. Burning EXCESS fat, however, is absolutely necessary.

Taking advantage of heat properties can help build abs fast. You can do any of the following to ensure that your body is getting the most out of your workout:

  • Put on insulated clothing on top of your regular workout clothes.
  • Use abdominal wraps to keep your midsection warm and tight.
  • Use other body wraps (e.g. thighs) to maximize your workout.

Remember to drink water before and after your workout because that will keep you hydrated.

3. Burn Fat Fast with Cardio Exercises.

Cardiovascular exercises not only boost your metabolic rate, but they also get rid of fat fast. Cardio exercises provide you with a full body workout. Covering all your muscle groups in your workout makes it easier for your body to burn excess fat.

You may not be aware of it, but a lot of your daily activities already involve some cardio. Something as routine as WALKING is a great cardio exercise. Walking to work, going up a flight of stairs, and even grocery shopping are very habit-forming and can easily be considered good cardio practices.

Combined with targeted abs exercises, full cardio workouts can certainly up your game and build abs fast. Here are some examples of more intense cardio workouts:

  • Running
  • Rowing
  • Swimming
  • Cycling
  • Boxing

Exercising shouldn’t be deemed as a problem; rather, it is the SOLUTION to all your fat-loss concerns. Stick to a healthy diet, hike up the heat a notch during workouts, and make sure you follow a regular exercise program. Do that and you will definitely build six pack abs fast.
