Thanks for stopping by the About page. My name is Brad and I run BruceLeeWorkouts.net.

Like many of you I was mesmerized by how bad ass Bruce Lee was. While he was a little bit ahead of my time I still enjoyed watching his movies from time to time. It wasn’t until I hit my mid 20’s and was looking for a new workout program that I happened to do some searching for what type of workouts Bruce Lee did.

I am not into martial arts but the guy was in ridiculous shape and I was intrigued to find out what he did to get so ripped. In doing all of the research I kept writing things down. After having all of these different notes laying around I decided to create this site for everyone.

I’m sure I didn’t find every workout that Bruce Lee did but I definitely found enough for all of us to get a glimpse at what he did. If you were to follow his plan you will definitely see results. My best guess is you don’t even have to be into martial arts to see some serious changes in your body. You’ll get better at whatever sport or activity you do by following any of his workouts.

At the very least you’ll get an idea how Bruce was able to be so powerful and fast. I’ll never get anywhere near his level of fitness but it gives us something to shoot for. If I find any more of his workouts than I’ll be sure to post them.
