Burn Calories Fast With The Insanity Workout

Not Eating Sugar

If you need great positive changes in your life then you will need to work very hard for them. There is no easy path to go from fat to thin.

Shaun T’s Insanity Workout is the hardest workout I’ve done in my life. It seriously feels like torture while I am following the DVD.

You may think I’m trying to discouraging you from starting these workout DVDs but I’m not at all. While it feels like torture while I’m doing it, when I am done there is a wonderful feeling that I got something substantial done. I do a workout every morning (except Sunday) and no matter what else I do I know that I did an insane set of exercises that is definitely going to get myself closer to my goals.

This kind of extremely strenuous exercise is essential if you want to lose weight fast. Yes you can lose a lot of weight with just diet but if you add some serious exercise you will get to your goals far more quickly. And I believe you are far more likely to keep the weight off if you get there with a combination of healthy eating and exercise than if you get there just with dieting.

This is true because when you are able to gain additional muscle (and with Insanity you will certainly be adding muscle to your body!) you change your body in a very real permanent way. You are not just starving your fat off so that it just comes right back when you start eating again; you are changing your body forever. Every extra pound of muscle you you are able to add burns an additional 50 calories every day regardless of whether you are active that day or not.

Another thing I think I should mention is the very cool “side effect” of doing very hard workouts that I have noticed while doing the Insanity Workouts: a decrease in appetite. After I exercise this hard I really don’t want to eat anything for awhile. I also find that it causes me to want to eat better. You do not want to put yourself through hell for nothing.

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet guide should work well with the Insanity program.
