Can’t Lose Weight? It Doesn’t Have To Be This Way

Do you believe you can’t lose weight? Have you got a particular reason you can’t lose that excess fat? Sadly the majority of people who want to lose weight get it in their heads that they simply can’t lose weight. Some mystical power is stopping them from achieving their weight loss goal.

Realty is that deep down they don’t really wanna lose any weight. They are happy living the lifestyle they are living. Openly though, they will still claim to want to lose weight but can’t seem to manage it.

It’s no magical secret. Weight loss is a simple mathematical problem. You need to burn off more calories than you eat. If you don’t use as many calories as you eat you will gain weight. Period.

Look at it from the other way and you will lose weight if you burn more than you consume. They you have the big problem, today’s food is so packed full of calories it’s almost immoral. If you actually measured out the right amount of calorific intake that you should have each day you’ll give yourself a heart attack.

A basic example is the exercise for love handles, the side bend. You can lose weight by doing these, lots of these. However, how many you have to do is hard to guess. You have to calculate how many calories you are burning to balance the scales.

You can take in a whole days calories in one meal. Easily! Of course the big culprit is fast food. Even the savoury stuff can be laced with sugar. You will feel hungry again in much less time if you eat sugary stuff.

Almost everything we eat gets changed into a simple form of sugar called glucose by the body. Sweet foods get used up much quicker by the body leaving you feeling hungry a lot faster. So you tend to eat again. There’s a lot of people think our sugar reliant diets is no accident. A western world conspiracy to get us eating (and spending) more.

We eat more, we spend more, and they get rich! Big corporations that is. Big business gets richer by the day with this simple formula. Of course, the simplest way to get us eating more is adding sugar to everything we eat.

Like in a bar when there’s peanuts or pretzels on the bar to nibble on. We eat the salt and get thirsty so we buy more beer. To finish off, you should lose some weight if you burn off more calories than you take in. Can you achieve this without help? I very much doubt it as willpower these days pretty scarce.

You need a system to follow. Something to hold your hand every step of the way. A method that guarantees you lose weight if you stick to the plan all the way. If you’ve tried other methods and they’ve not worked, it’s maybe time you tried something with a new approach
