I’M GETTING FED UP WITH ALL THAT JOKES. I will undergo exercises to lose weight quickly. Being joked at being fat is getting to me. At the onset, I was even laughing at the jokes. It’s beginning to be a irritating as the days went by. To be laughed upon by your own brothers and sisters is not amusing anymore. It’s annoying to be the center of jokes by my friends. Even my parents have joined in. When even the people you don’t know make fun of you, then than can really be depressing. Kids on the streets giggle when I passes by. Complete strangers suppressing their amusement upon seeing me. Sales persons asking what size my clothes are. These incidence really gets into my nerves. I’ve had enough of this, I told myself. I will go on a diet and do exercises to lose weight quickly. It has to start with diet. I have to stop myself from eating too much. From this onward, no more junk foods for me. Chocolates and sweets are forever barred. I have to watch what I eat. Only healthy and nutritional foods.

I am quite aware there are a lot of exercises to lose weight quickly. I have to choose what is best for me. Getting into exercises unprepared is not advisable. I want effective exercises to lose weight quickly, not crash courses. I’m honing my body for my daily running. It’s very fortunate because our neighborhood is a safe place to jog in the morning. As the dawn breaks, it’s a refreshing feeling being out there jogging in the bright sunlight. As you run, you can’t help but appreciate the cool air of the morning rushing against you. With all that sweat freely pouring out, you can almost feel the calories burning. Afterwards, I follow it up with calisthenics. It limbers up my body and loosen the joints.

From many I’ve heard, this is one of the recommended exercises to lose weight quickly. It contributes greatly in toning the muscles. Making you firmer and leaner. Already I find that I have lose some flabbiness around me. I’m positive that with more dedication, I will attain my desired weight and body.
