Choosing The Right Way To Exercise

 

 

 

Have you noticed that your waistline seems to be growing?  This must be a result of bad habit, poor exercise and not sticking with any health regimen.  Now, you face the consequences of your action.  If you want get your life back on track again, you have to start living healthy. Exercise and regular diet are not the only factors you need to focus on and you have to start making an exercise plan first that is a little more involved than following a six pack ab exercises that you saw advertised on late night television.

Once you have an exercise plan, you also need to create a healthy diet to complement your exercise work and be careful not to include the idea of trying to lose weight fast when you are also going to be working out as your body will need all of the energy it can get.  Good nutrition is an important part of any exercise plan.

If you’re just new to this, it might be best to start with a simpler exercise plan.  Here are some methods to help you get started with your routines.

The first program is simple.  Get active first thing in the morning.  It is great to begin your morning with some easy exercises rather than a big breakfast.  Your body is on full metabolic blast every morning, making this a suitable time to exercise.  You’ll burn more fat and excess calories if you exercise early.  If a person suffers from diabetes or other physical ailments it is possible that they should have a little to eat when they are planning to exercise.

Program number 2 is a little more intense.  Make your pulse rate go up.  You want to about double your resting pulse to get the best effect.  For starters, you can start with cardio exercises for about 20 minutes.  Put a day of rest in between your cardio workouts.  When you have mastered the twenty minute routine, step up to a longer time period for your workouts.  Exercising is a great way to lose the pounds and the more a person does it the more they will lose.

Exercise plan three takes it a little further.  The type of exercise to do at this stage is know as interval exercising.  During this program a person will have some very intense workout followed by a cool down period.  For example, in jogging you need to start at a slower pace for about 5 minutes and then jog at your fastest pace for another 5 minutes.  You can do interval training for about thirty minutes at a time.  This training works best with cardio exercises to help you achieve your goals.

Exercise plan four is common sense.  Start eating less food at meals and add some snacks to your day  Not only will this keep you away from binging, it also maintains your body’s stamina throughout the day.  It’s highly suggested you take in five to six meals a day.  You can eat small fruits, gingersnaps and crackers along with coffee, milk or tea.  At breakfast, lunch, and dinner fill yourself up with foods that are low in fat and calories.

Your exercise plan is unique from others so although it is great for motivation don’t go onto message boards like the how to lose weight fast and expect to find a plan that someone else posted that will solve your problems. You do not want to overdo the working out and injure yourself by doing so.  In order to get fit and trim a person must not only exercise and eat right, they have to control their desire to do the unhealthy things that they are used to.  Unless a person wants to get into a pattern of gaining and losing weight they need to find ways to change the way they live permanently.  Getting fit and trim and staying that way is a simple process if a person decides to make the changes in their life that they have to.
