Other dances like Latin and Bollywood dances have been infused with hip hop to make it more appealing to a wider audience. A lot of dancers who dance this genre don’t really need to go to the gym a lot.
Dancing is actually a fun way for you to lose weight and you don’t have to be really good at it.
