Exercises for Flabby Arms

For those who are short on funds and wish to cancel your gym regular membership, or don?t have sufficient time to visit the gym, an item that you should buy is adjustable dumbbells. Allow me to share a few home exercises for flabby arms.

The first one will be the Dumbbell Hammer Curl.  Bring the dumbbells up and down. Breath in and breathe out gently and repeat this procedure 15-20 times. Second exercise is the tricep kickbacks. Put your left leg back and your right hand on top of your right knee. Move your elbow up and bring the hand weights forward and backward. And then switch to another side and do exactly the same. Make sure that your back is flat and look straight ahead. Hold the dumbbell all the way to the top and try to hold it for a second. Then place it back down slowly and make sure that it does not swing. This is a powerful set of exercise that works on your biceps and triceps.

Here is an additional technique that you can use. You will need 5 lbs dumbbells. On this set of exercises, you need to do a bicep curl, a shoulder press, turn you palms to do a tricep extension then bring the dumbbells down to do a lateral raise. Finish each set with a dozen repetitions.

After a few sets, increase the weight of the dumbbells to improve the degree of challenge. Progression as well as consistency is essential to improving your fitness level. Your body will adjust to the new needs when you improve the number of repetitions or the difficulty of the exercise.

If you are a beginner, you will probably think that this kind of exercises are too difficult.  You can start with 8 repetitioons and gradually increase to 12. Make sure not to push yourself too much rapidly because it may cause some severe injuries or you might get yourself burned out. Consistency is very important. Take into consideration that doing light workout often is better than doing heavy workout every once in a while.

These two exercises for flabby arms will give you the same results. It will help you get slender and attractive arms without your health club membership.
