Admit it, there are times when you look in front of the mirror and wish you had more muscles, but you’re at a complete loss about how to do it. To answer your question, gaining muscles will require you to do a number of things. Later, I’ll elaborate on this particular topic.

Just remember that in order to gain pounds of muscle you have to become mentally disciplined in your head before you begin. Having already experienced your weight loss or muscle gain in your head is critical because your thoughts become reality

First of all you must ask yourself: exactly how much muscle do I want to gain? Don’t do it if you’re insecure because guess what, you’re still going to be insecure and have low self esteem whether or not you gain pounds of muscle and look like a ripped bodybuilder. Now you might think it’s not true, but soon you’ll realize that what I’m saying is true. Confidence should come from within and not from how you look physically.

First things first, you will have to think about the amount of muscle you will need in accordance to what you will need it for like if you’re an athlete or involved in a physical job. Being strong means developing inner strength. To make the program a success, you’re going to need discipline. So figure out your goals and work hard to achieve them.

Workout at least 4 times per week with aggression and determination that doesn’t waver. Keep in mind that your workout today will only be as good as your last workout. Translation: don’t cheat and don’t go light with the weights. Don’t confine yourself to using just one exercise machine, instead try using 3 for every body part. Personally, I workout two body parts everyday. If you add that up, I get to do 6 different exercises per day. For example, it could be 3 exercises each for the chest and back.

By the way, if you really want the best workout program that will give you the quickest results, I really think you should checkout this Muscle Gaining Secrets Review.

Basically, you should be using heavy weights but doing a small amount of reps. With this, you will want to do a minimum of 4 and max of 6 reps. On your last rep, you shouldn’t even be able to do it yourself. On the last rep, you should be struggling just to complete the set.

Now get up up and pay a little visit to the gym!
