How To Build Muscle Easily

There are many advice columns, hyped up products, infomercials, e-books and so on all giving advice about the newest latest and easiest ways to build muscle. So if there are so many different ways to build muscle then why is it so difficult for people to do so? Well the answer is partly in the question. With so much conflicting and individualistic advice about, both on the net and in bookstores and magazines, how on earth is someone new to bodybuilding supposed to know what to do?

Whilst some of this advice is good, much of it is irrelevant to the novice bodybuilder who just needs to get the basics down properly to start making progress. So with that in mind here are three sure fire steps to help anyone build muscle easily.

1) Push yourself hard in the gym. Use the classic mass building exercises that use multiple muscle groups such as: deadlifts, rows, squats, benchpresses and pull ups. These time proven exercises will help you build muscle mass easily. try to keep away from exercises that promote isolation of individual muscles, these are designed for muscle shaping, carving and defining as opposed to building muscle mass. Get to the gym, hit the weights hard and intensely for 45 minutes then get out and grow.

2) Pay attention to muscle building nutrition. For many years experienced trainers have been quoted as saying that 80% of bodybuilding success is down to correct muscle building nutrition. Even today this is still very true! As a rule of thumb 50% of your food should be from carbohydrates, 30% from protein and the rest made of fats.

The following source of food come highly recommended, for carbs: rice, potatoes, pasta, brown breads. For protein: chicken, turkey, beef and fish, especially mackerel and tuna. you will adequate fats from all of these foods. If you have a few spare dollars to spend then try supplementing with: whey protein, essential fatty, acids, creatine and a good multi-vitamin product.

3) Rest. Your body grows during times of quality rest so this is naturally what you should do as an important part of your routine, rest. This sounds such simple advice but so many people out there do not give their body enough time to recover from their last session and grow. Most people will find that two workouts per week are sufficient.

Ok, I said at the beginning that it was simple process and indeed it is. If you just stick to those basics you too can build muscle easy. Although you can delve very deeply into all of these subject areas in a nutshell that is all you need to know in order to grow. With that in mind get out there, train hard, eat well and grow!
