Breakfast – Eating the right food is important. Take note that it is not good to eat meat in the mornings. Especially something like bacon, where the oil and fat will be absorbed to your body. It is always good to eat lots of fruit with milk and bread in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so eating good food is vital.

Portion it out – Now, when it comes to lunch and dinner, the servings should not be the same as the big breakfast you had in the morning. For lunch, cut down on the meat you have by half or even a quarter. Now, you may be thinking this might not be enough to bring you through the afternoon. But by doing this, you can take little snacks here and there through the afternoon. Don’t gob down the snacks though.

Junk food is bad – Again, snacks are advisable throughout the day but these snacks should be in the form of something healthy as well, like wheat crackers, bread, and some more fruit if you like. Stay away from junk food that is filled with empty calories because you might end up eating too much which will parts of your body with fat that you won’t want.
