How would you feel if I told you, young or old, that you could have a great physique? I bet you would feel pretty good and confident in your new body. Why does this goal have to be out of your hands? Why do we always feel envy for those with better bodies than us? Even their looks and body fades, but the big difference between them and you is that they have put forth the effort to try to maintain that physique, while you have put it off, and you only dream of having a physique like them. This whole thing comes down to the simple saying of how hard are you going to work at it?
The first step is simple. Fix your diet. Yes, the first step is that simple, just start eating healthy. You don’t have to do anything drastic, just be careful about what you eat. Try making a log or journal of all the food and drink that you consume on a daily basis for a couple days or even weeks. You can edit your diet to a tee now that you know exactly what you are eating. This is crucial because your gains depend on this knowledge. A few things that would entail a healthy diet would be, protein, lean meats, fish, poultry, fruits, veggies and no fast food. This starts with your groceries.
The second step is getting a work out routine. You can either hire a personal trainer, just do it, or find a product online that will teach you methods. I’ll bet you didn’t know that personal trainers are about 35 dollars a session. Times that by 3 times a week, times lets say 40 weeks out of the year and you have 4,200 a year! You could spend around 5,000 a year if you aren’t careful with all the fees and gym stuff.
If you didn’t want to find help online, you would be asking a friend or a famil y member. This is where online training methods can help outshine the rest.
