If your daily schedule allows you to squeeze in 10 minutes before leaving for work in the morning, and 20 minutes in the evening, you can do that. If you have a free hour in the afternoon, you can exercise then. There is no time wasted in traveling to and from the gym, or for changing clothes, or preparing your gear.
