In a Real Street Fight …
With so many gadgets and gizmos bombarding our television, internet, and health clubs, how do you know what exercises work the best for ab training? To be able to realize which exercises we need to do we need to recognize how the abdominals actually work. This article outlines the purpose in the abdominals and what they were developed to do.

If your abdominals are sturdy sufficient you may be able to avoid performing a back handspring and folding in half.
Is this what Bruce Lee was talking about?
Note: Bruce Lee did all sorts of flying kicks, back again hand springs, and several other acrobatics in his movies. Always keep in mind that his movie martial arts didn’t accurately reflect his true martial philosophy.
I think just before we condemn or accept an acrobatic move, we need to examine it inside the context of your genuine fight. Perhaps a street fight.
