Jumping Exercises Way to Jump Higher – Fast Results

Remember when you were young and you learned how to jump. If you are reading this, then you did not learn how to increase your vertical jump height since you were young and just learning how to jump. There are so many different kinds of exercises that you perform that will increase your vertical jumping height, and when used properly, they work great. These unique exercises are called plyometrics and are made just for increasing your vertical jump height. You can strength train and work out to work on the overall body while you working on your jump height.

As a first exercise, start with toe raises. Each time you perform this excercise, keep adding weight. You’ll notice that if you keep adding weight, that you will be able to put more weight up each time? The second exercise I want you to try is knee bends. Start crouched and jump up as hard as your can. Instead of just using your body weight, add more weights if this exercise is easy to complete.

If you want a serious body/leg work out, then I highly recommend you jump rope. Ever thought about why most different coaches make their athletes use jump ropes? This is a complete body work out, and not to mention some crazy cardio. Not to mention this exercise will make your body toned and keep it ripped.
