Abdominal exercises do not just make you look good using hard abs ;they also benefit the whole body. The abdominal area contains many vital organs that are necessary to keep life such as the liver, intestines, and pancreas. Once you do not take care of this part, it might be coated with fat that might result to organ malfunction. The abdominal area has protective layers that are strengthened by hard abs.
Your abdominal area has fats that must be burned first before you achieve those hard, visible abs. You can do this by eating fat burning food like blueberries, apples, oatmeal, spinach, tomatoes, milk and avocados. Make sure to eat healthy foods instead of fatty foods and junk foods. To avoid eating too much, it is better for you to eat in smaller portions.

This will test your self control and your desire to get those hard abs. There will be no good results if you do not work hard.

But do not do it on the floor because you will not be able to do it properly due to the strain in your neck and back.
Cardio exercises are good if you want to get your hard abs fast. These are high impact exercises that burn more fat compared to regular exercise. This should be done in short bursts to avoid tiring out the muscles. Cardio exercises can be done by doing a 5-minute warm up then a full blast 1-minute exercise and cool down for two minutes.
Other abdominal exercises that are common but still effective in achieving hard abs are weight crunches, side crunches, leg lifts, weighted front squats, plank, side plank, sit ups, side bends, bar twists, and leg raises.
