Start drinking more water –Virtually every system in our body uses water. Water helps your liver burn fat, the liver turns fat into calorie-consuming energy. Since our bodies are made up of seventy percent water, you need to drink eight or more glasses day, it is our life fluid.
Ramp up your vegetable consumption – Vegetables are good for you on so many levels.Vegetables should be a staple in all diets, but especially ones where man boob reduction is involved.
Without vegetables, you’d be lacking in trace minerals, vitamins, and anti-oxidants, plus you’d be missing beneficial fiber. And veggies are low in calories. The feeling of fullness will help you keep cravings for empty calories to a minimum, and the fiber keeps your system humming along.
Make your breakfast high-fiber – Your first meal should have a variety of foods such as berries and other fruit, veggies, nuts, grains, and even beans to get you going. High-fiber breakfasts give you energy to sustain you until lunch and keep your nosed turned up to office doughnuts and the like.
Cheating isn’t really cheating – Not when you’ve been so good.The cheat day concept is a “mini” goal. You pick one day each week to eat some of the foods you really crave. The other six days of the week you have to stick to your anti-man-boob diet. You deserve a cheat day or a day off since your were so good all week. Since your body has been geared up all week, your cheat day should cause little, if any, weight gain.

What’s going on? There for a while your progress was rolling and the man boobs were melting away. Now, nothing.
You’ve plateaued. Fear not! To reignite your fat-burning and shape those manly pecs, you need to start total body exercising and altering your routine. Your body shouldn’t be able to figure what comes next, keep it guessing.
Compound exercises such as pull-ups, bench pressing, military presses, dead-lifts, lunges and squats will give your body a high-octane, fat-scorching workout. Your muscle mass, your strength, and your agility will improve by doing these exercises.The increase in muscle mass will help your body melt the fat more easily since additional muscle burns more calories.
In terms of nutrition, you can have days where you eat more calories (no, not beer but high nutrition calories). Realize that as your diet and exercise program improves or changes, your body will hit plateaus from time to time.Keep your body guessing. Keep your routine not routine – vary the amount of weight you lift, the intensity of your exercises, and change your exercises constantly. Keep this up and you’ll never again be asked again what size cup you wear.
