Wushu is the general name for the different Chinese martial arts we have today. It involves many internal and external techniques and abilities that are usually, but not always, aided by weapons or other devices. In Wushu lessons, self-defense is the primary focus and you can come across a variety of styles in wresting, grappling, kicking, punching, boxing, etc. that will definitely increase your body’s endurance and power.
