You can decide to blend 2 exercises that work the same muscles, or blend exercise working two different muscles.  The choice depends largely on what your fitness goals are.  As you perform your first super, you are probably going to experience a bit of an issue with your endurance, but you will soon learn the skill of it and actually learn how to enjoy doing these powerful routines.</p>
<p>It is generally a smart idea to implement thrm if your schedule does not give you much time for long exercise routines.  There are three types of supersets: same muscle group, agonist-antagonist, and staggered sets.
