You must be able to zip the back of your favorite dress on your own. You must be able to reach that book you need to read at the top shelf.</p>
<p> These are simple activities. Nothing grand about them, you merely stretched out a bit. However, if there are difficulties in doing such simple motions, then you have to stretch your limits. You already need a stretching program.</p>
<p> What Is Stretching?</p>
<p> Stretching is simply the act of extending to full length the body or simply a part of it. This activity involves straightening or stretching the structure or the limbs.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the other aspects of <a target="_blank" href="http://www.youtube.com/legendarystrength">mental training</a> that most folks are acquainted with is visualization.  Again its another significant tool.  But few folks do it.  And less folks actually do it correctly. </p>
<p>The difficulty with visualization is basically its name.  You see, it fools folks into thinking its all about the images you see.  My prediction is that a basically visual person came up with the name.  But what about a kinesthetic person?</p>
<p>The reality is in  &#8216;visualization &#8216; you must engage all the senses.  Not only engage them but bring them about to their highest potential.  Your visualization can be so vivid in detail its just like going thru reality.  When you can do this then your results will sky rocket.</p>
<p>Or to put it bluntly if you do it wrong, then you will not get any results.  (Even worse if you&#8217;ve got some mental tag-ends concerning what you are going after, you&#8217;ll basically slow or stop your progress.)</p>
<p>You remember those basketball free throws from earlier.  One group actually shot free throws.  Another group just visualised shooting.  And a third group was the control.  The 1st group improve 24% after a period of time.  The second group that only visualized also improved 23%.  Very similar results.  And the control group saw no improvement. </p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the good news.  My personal guess is the ones that visualized were probably doing it at least partially wrong.  They probably received some training but who knows?  And they still got great results.  What happens when you can visualize with clear imagery, feeling the bar in your hands, the ground beneath you, hear the sound of the gymnasium, even smell the chalk in the air?  When that occurs you have got something special.  And what happens when you combine visualisation with real practice?  Perhaps a 30-50% increase?</p>
<p>Here is a short drill which will help your visual and kinesthetic sense.  Shut your eyes.  Then recreate precisely what it was that you were seeing.  Are you able to spot every object including the ones that were in your peripheral vision?  What would they feel like if you picked them up?  Now go ahead and open your eyes.  What were you missing?  What details did you have wrong?  Shut your peepers again bringing more clear detail onto your mental screen.</p>
<p>Practice this and get it down in many instances before you try lifting weights in your mind&#8217;s eye.</p>
