			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Who knew you could achieve a total home workout to flatten abs in just 10 minutes? An hour vs. 10 minutes of exercising daily – I will most certainly take the latter any day!</p>
<p>I didn’t buy into the hoopla when I first read about it. But I felt I wouldn’t lose anything if I tried it out, would I. True enough, I ended up shortening my workout time AND developing six pack abs – I don’t know about you, but that, right there, is a definite win-win.</p>
<p>After doing it for a while, I am excited to share that it did work for me. And I’m pretty sure you’d want to hear about how I managed to perform the home workout to flatten abs in just 10 minutes.</p>
