			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A few months back I was at my local watering hole enjoying my common wings and lager with my buddies when a broadcast of UFC 101 comes on one gigantic screens. I&#8217;m charmed by this sport, but not due to the savagery, or the sportsmanship these blokes display after beating the piss out of each other, but I&#8217;m captivated by the abs these guys have. Do not get wrong, I&#8217;m not into men, but I am a 43 year old white collar type who is unfit enough to admire these shredded up warriors. Many years behind a desk, and skipping exercise programs to pass some time with my children, has really taken a toll on my once ripped physique. I get to the gym {, however ,} the everyday weight routine does tiny for a person of my age who produces a small part of the testosterone I once produced. I also tried P90X, which was a great routine for losing weight ; however , it became routine and unfullfilling for me after four months of doing this in my basement. So, my hunt began for a local MMA gym to see what I could do to evolve my workout.</p>
<p> There are about three MMA gyms within driving distance from my office and, much to my constant surprise, a couple of the three had weight areas and decent locker area. With little hesitation I joined, and i have been truly pleased with the results so far. Remember, I am not about to step into a cage with another mid-life crisis victim, but the coaching is intense and terribly group oriented.</p>
<p> The Routine :</p>
<p> Monday : Muay Thai Class + Weights tuesday : Grappling ( Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) Wed. : Muay Thai Class + Weights Thu. : Grapping ( Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) friday : Plyometric training **The Grappling classes kick off with a thirty minute army style fitness warm up, but I&#8217;m almost puking by the end of this routine.</p>
<p> Food Intake :</p>
<p> MMA needs ample food consumption, at least equivalent to 15 to eighteen times your body weight daily. For protein I multiply my weight by 1.25 for my daily consumption. I also keep a food book to self-police my food habits. Unlike true weight reduction programs I gain a pound in the first month. My pants are getting loose so this is certainly a result of muscle mass gain and the fat is liquefying away.</p>
<p> Nutritional augmentation :</p>
<p> My instructor laid out a simple plan for my additions, which i need to get thru these grueling 1 -2 hour sessions.</p>

<p> Next, I am going to offer you a straightforward lower ab exercise programme that&#8217;s so simple and so effective that you won&#8217;t even realize you are working out.  And before you know it, with little effort, you can also have those perfect flat abs you&#8217;ve always hankered after by doing a few straightforward stomach exercises. </p>
<p> Along with healthy eating habits, this lower ab workout can assure you of the goals you want to reach. </p>
<p> Posture is probably the most significant step of all.  Good posture generates good muscle tone.  It really is defeating the purpose if you lose the fat and the muscle along with it.  During your daily ritual, whether it&#8217;s at home or work, take the time to think about you posture. <br /> Irrespective of what you are doing, stand or sit up straight.  Let&#8217;s assume you are sitting in your favorite chair watching TV or your sitting at your desk at work.  With your stomach barely pulled in and knees together, slowly raise up your legs straight out.  Hold for a few seconds then slowly lower to the floor.  This give a great lower ab workout. </p>
<p> Again, think about your posture during your daily schedule.  These are a few examples of straightforward stomach exercises to flatten those abs. </p>
<p> While vacuuming, keep your back straight while slightly pulling in on your tummy muscles.  Keep your feet still on the floor.  ( don&#8217;t walk with the machine and do not slouch ).  Lean forward and back up slowly to a straight upright position.  This could be applied to just about any of your daily routines. </p>
<p> While picking up round the house.  Once more, remember your posture.  Stand up straight with tummy pulled in.  Bend at the waist.  ( Never pick up heavy objects at the waist.  Bend at the knees ).  As you go about your daily agenda, always remember to maintain your posture and use muscle control.  Before you know it, you will not even notice that you are using those muscles. <br /> Remember, you don&#8217;t have to have agony to gain!</p>
