Train Like A Champion In The Comfort Of Your Own Home

The Problem With Gyms
The biggest problem I’ve found with going to the gym is the hassle factor. My average daily commute to work is 50 mins, plus I work a regular 8 hour day often more. What this means is I either need to get to the gym very early, or I have to be there late. Next hassle is the gym location. My gym is located about 10 mins away from where I live. That’s at least 20mins travel excluding the workout. Sometimes, I often need to wait to use the popular equipment. Obviously, then, there’s the cost. First of all there is a high monthly cost. Then there’s the fact that this cost doesn’t include coaching. I have to create the program myself and I have to work out what I’m doing.

All this hassle means I always find and excuse to “go to gym tomorrow”, and tomorrow never comes.

There Is An Easier Way
After discussing my experience with my friends one of them suggested I try using a home fitness program like RushFit. Using a home work out program means no more travelling to the gym, no more waiting in for specialized equipment, and no more fussing around. For almost all programs you simply need a few different hand weights and some clear space. You simply pop in the DVD and go totally mad

Now, I always thought these home programs were the dance style aerobic exercise and never genuinely gave them much thought!

That was until I ran across some of the programs have been developed by world-class athletes and MMA champions like Georges St-Pierre. Now you’re talking, that’s just my style.

Why Champions Make Good Trainers
While I accept that champions do a lot more exercising than what they do in their DVD’s, most people who are at elite levels of fitness also have a whole crew of people advising them. To me, people in high caliber training videos are both “presenters” of the exercises and “users” of the exercises.

Why does this matter?
An elite athlete doesn’t simply go around by themselves and know what the right foods are and what exercise they should do, they are advised by a team. In some instances a large team of highly specialized people. When an athlete makes a new exercise and diet program you can bet its influenced by a number of experts. This is among the key reasons I prefer to follow a training program by someone I’ve discovered outside fitness circles. I want to see them practice what they preach! If you have created a training for mma fitness plan, I want to know you’re a MMA fighter!

It’s about what works
If you’d rather workout from home than go through the hassle and cost of a gym take a look at some of the awesome fitness programs created by champion athletes. You won’t find the programs “easy” but you will find their advice pure gold. No matter what your fitness level, working out 45 minutes a day will help you perform, feel and look better than ever. If you want to look like a champion you have to train like one. Train with Georges St-Pierre and learn how his training program RushFit made him one of the fittest athletes on the planet.
