The MMA Smarts poll results Are In. The question was asked, who is really the top heavyweight in all of MMA. With most of the top heavies in action in the last 2 weeks, or the next 60 days, it seemed like a good time to find out what is the perceived pecking order of the fragmented MMA heavyweight division.
